1. Written confirmation is required from the client for all provisional and final bookings.
2. Orders are finalised only when payment is received prior the delivery
3. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and charges are as follows: 3 days notice 70% - 2 days notice we will charge you the full amount of the order
4.Tasting a minimum charge of £50 for 2 peoples if the event goes ahead no charge will be made
5.Delivery Charge in London area £30.00
6.we confirms that we have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.
